RUNNING

I started running back in 2012, when I was pursuing a healthier lifestyle. But it was not consistent enough, resulted in little progress toward my goal. Not until 2015, when I got my medical check-up result, in which I got many stars (which was bad), indicated that a healthier lifestyle needed to be taken seriously. Hence, I started to run regularly and cut sugar significantly. I also received great support from my Canirunners friend, who relentlessly forced me to join races. Not until 2017, that running has been really a big part of my regular activities, and truly has changed me physically and mentally (in a good way). I also comprises some of the running events that I joined for the past few years.
